Course Two – Learn EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique – for Rapid Results

In this course on EFT, I teach you the same step by step process I teach clients in my office. This course includes almost two hours of video instruction including three demonstrations on using EFT to eliminate cravings for cigarettes, food, and to diminish stress.

  • What it is: Another name for EFT is tapping. Tapping is a modality that creates change by diffusing painful and/or unwanted thoughts or sensations. It is a process of tapping on specific meridian points on the body as you verbalize the topic on which you are focused.
  • What it does: EFT eliminates cravings for cigarettes, for sweets or other food cravings, cravings for alcohol or cravings to engage in unhelpful behaviors such as gambling. It also helps to diminish strong painful emotional sensations like stress, anxiousness, anger, frustration, and so on.
  • What it means: Using EFT means you can learn how to gain control of your life, control of your habits, control over what you eat or smoke and how you feel. As you gain control of your life, you realize that you can live the kind of life you want for yourself.

EFT is an amazing process and one that I use on a regular basis. This is a technique that can be used daily in any environment in just minutes. It is truly a game changer!
