Courses for Personal Transformation
Through Self-Hypnosis
Harness the Power of Your Own Mind for Lasting Change
Why Learn Self-Hypnosis?
I encourage everyone to learn how to do self-hypnosis. It is one of the most empowering tools a person can learn. All our habits, rituals, routines, values, beliefs, memories, and more are stored in the subconscious mind.
Learning to access this vast warehouse of information through self-hypnosis gives you direct access to all these programs where you can sift and sort, organize and categorize, keep what works, and eliminate or modify what is no longer working for you.
The hypnotic state is very similar to the meditative state. It’s completely natural, safe, and getting into that state is easy. Knowing what to do once you’re in that state is what differentiates my self-hypnosis courses from everyone else’s.
In my self-hypnosis courses, students learn to master my Personal Change Blueprint to identify and articulate exactly what they want. This blueprint is a form, a series of questions you answer about your desired outcome. You will learn as you progress through any of my training courses that the creation of the hypnotic suggestions you give yourself in self-hypnosis is the most important part of the entire process.
These suggestions need to be worded in such a way that your subconscious mind creates the imagery of what you do want, rather than what you don’t want. There are very clear and concise instructions and examples of how to do this in each of my self-hypnosis courses.
In addition to learning how to create suggestions for your self-hypnosis practice, using the Personal Change Blueprint, you will learn about the anatomy of a hypnosis session and how to create the perfect environment for your success. In short, learning self-hypnosis is like learning to speak the language of your own mind. It puts the power of transformation in your hands, anytime, anywhere.
Here are some powerful reasons why someone
might want to learn self-hypnosis:
Take Control of Your Mind and Emotions
Self-hypnosis helps calm anxiety, reduce stress, and shift negative thinking patterns. It allows you to feel more centered, confident, and in control, no matter what’s happening around you.
Change Habits and Behaviors
Whether it’s smoking, emotional eating, procrastination, or poor sleep, many unwanted behaviors are rooted in subconscious patterns. Self-hypnosis helps rewire those patterns and install new, healthier habits.
Boost Health and Well-Being
Self-hypnosis has been shown to support pain management, improve sleep, lower blood pressure, and accelerate healing. When you learn to deeply relax and focus your mind, your body responds in kind.
Achieve Goals More Easily
By aligning your subconscious mind with your conscious goals, self-hypnosis removes inner resistance. It’s like clearing the path between where you are and where you want to be, faster, smoother, and more sustainably.
Enhance Focus, Creativity, and Performance
Athletes, artists, speakers, and professionals use hypnosis to enter “flow states” where performance feels effortless. Self-hypnosis is like having a mental tuning fork that brings out your best.
Deepen Spiritual Awareness
For those on a spiritual journey, self-hypnosis can open the door to deeper intuition, inner wisdom, past life exploration, and even higher states of consciousness.
